Machining Mechanic (m/w/d)!

What You Will Achieve?

• CNC Focus (80%): You set up our Haas machines independently, program and operate them sovereignly. You are responsible for the single-part manufacturing of new constructions and repair parts.
• When using quick adaptations or maintenance tasks, you utilize your knowledge on conventional turning and milling machines.
• Precision According to Drawing: You manufacture complex tools and fixtures for our hose production exactly according to technical drawings.
• Shaping the Future: You have the opportunity to actively develop yourself in the area of CAD/CAM programming.

This Is You:

• Vocational Training: Completed vocational training as a machining or toolmaking mechanic.
• Experience: You bring 1 to 5 years of professional experience with – ideally in single-part manufacturing or fixture construction (no pure mass production).
• Tech Know-How: You are confident in handling CNC controls (ideally Haas) and possess solid fundamentals in conventional processing.
• Work Style: You work structured and independently within our agile 5-person workshop team.
• Readiness: You work in a weekly rotation in the 2-shift system (morning and evening shifts).

A fair, transparent monthly gross income of €3,500 to €3,800 (depending on experience).
