Since over 100 years, high-quality screws and connection elements are produced at the Zerbst location. Today, the Zerbst screw factory with more than 300 employees is one of the most modern production sites for connection elements. In addition to a comprehensive product range for rail technology, wind turbine and component manufacturers as well as customers from the machine and plant engineering, automotive industry and crane industry rely on screws and connection elements from the brand "Zerbst." We are looking for a machinist (m/w/d) in full-time employment who can work independently and is responsible for the production of high-quality screws and connection elements. The tasks include: - Production planning and control; - Quality control and assurance; - Maintenance and repair of machines and tools; - Cooperation with other departments and teams; - Continuous improvement of processes and methods. Requirements: - Completed vocational training as a machinist or equivalent qualification; - Several years of experience in the production of screws and connection elements; - Knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures; - Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks; - Good communication skills; - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and methods.
