Machinist (m/w/d) Frästechnik mit CAM- & Konstruktionsbezug

We are looking for the employee or employees who will join our dynamic team in Gütersloh. The willingness to take new paths and utilize their professional know-how in creative but also economic ways is characteristic of this person.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• Further processing of 3D tool models up to finished tools
• Adaptation and optimization of 3D models considering the requirements from the milling process
• Design of products, tools, and auxiliary materials
• Maintenance and integration of master data for designed components
• Creation of drawings and specifications for the components
• Creation of guidelines for production processes in the CAM area
• Supporting production by programming production equipment
• Readiness to support laboratory activities

Qualifikation

You bring with you (Must-Requirements):

• Completed training as a machinist, specialization in milling technology/framing systems
• Multiple years of practical experience in CNC milling
• Safe handling of the Heidenhain iTNC 530 control unit
• Experience with NUM 1060 (similar to PAL) or willingness to learn this system
• Experience in working with 3D construction

This is a plus (nice to have):

• Experience in CAM programming or technical interest in this area
• Vocational training as a technician or comparable qualification
• Experience with SolidWorks or motivation to develop further
• Knowledge of Hypermill CAM or similar systems
