Machinist m/w/d for Turning Technology
Job description
You are a machinist, mechatronics engineer or have experience with CNC machines for turning technology and are looking for a job in full-time?
Perfect - we are currently seeking an experienced machinist for our customer in Warstein! What you can expect: Self-programming, setting up and operating CNC lathe/milling machines according to drawing specifications
Optimization, modification and adaptation of programs as well as their corrections
Quality control and assurance during the production process
Measurement and rework of parts to ensure quality and document them
Timely manufacturing of turning and/or milling parts in single pieces or small series
Development of effective machining strategies and their correction and optimization measures in coordination
Machining management: Management and optimization
Maintenance and maintenance of machines
What you bring: Successfully completed vocational training as a machinist or equivalent training in a metalworking profession.
Several years of professional experience, programming knowledge and experiences with Heidenhain TNC 530 i (milling) and/or Siemens Sinumerik 840 DSL, Sinumerik 828 D, Sinumerik 810 (turning) are advantageous.
A high degree of self-reliance, teamwork, high performance readiness, motivation and reliability, as well as a high and developed sense of quality awareness, willingness to work shifts.
Ideally, experience in the CNC turning field
What we offer: from 21 EUR per hour, remuneration according to iGZ-DGB collective agreement
Holiday pay and Christmas bonus, additional cash payment such as a fuel voucher upon request
