Central/Practice Leader in Nauen

The Havelland Clinics GmbH offers the position as a freelance Central:n Practice Leader:in unlimited, full-time or part-time, as soon as possible, at the clinic location Nauen. The Havelland Clinics Group is a network of seven companies in the healthcare and social services sector, whose facilities are distributed throughout the entire district of Havelland in western Brandenburg. Our clinics offer a wide range of medical specialties and services, including emergency medicine, surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and psychiatry. The position as Central:n Practice Leader:in is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the practice, including the supervision of employees, the development of treatment concepts, and the implementation of quality assurance measures. The successful candidate will have a degree in medicine or a related field, several years of experience in a similar role, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
