Your Tasks as a Central Practice Instructor (m/f/d) in Care with Us

Do you want to take on tasks as a central Practice Instructor (m/f/d) that make a difference? Do you want to do good for people who are entrusted to us? As a Central Practice Instructor (m/f/d), you are there – for our residents and employees.

• Implementation of the training concept on-site
• Guidance of trainees
• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of the legal requirements of the generalist training
• Promotion of goal-oriented and high-quality training of our future specialists
• Technical training and guidance of other practice instructors in the facility
• Performing the tasks of a specialized nurse
• Development, promotion, and ensuring compliance with cooperation agreements
• Regular contact with schools
• Participation in marketing activities to recruit new trainees
• Independent administration and documentation of the area of responsibility

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or general nursing
• Further training as a Practice Instructor (m/f/d)
• Sound professional experience in the healthcare sector
• Enjoyment of working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Empathy and sense of responsibility
• Motivation skills
