About Square '47

What will you do?
- Prepare and present lunch-, sushi-, and dinner dishes according to recipe
- Execute mise en place
- Monitor quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Contribute to the development of new dishes
- Take care of a well-groomed and attractive end result
- Work hygienically and efficiently according to HACCP guidelines
Who are we looking for?
- You have experience as an independent cook or sushi cook
- You work accurately, hygienically, and with passion for the profession
- You are flexible and available, also in the evenings and on weekends
- You are stress-resistant and maintain overview during busy periods
- You are a team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- You like to learn and develop within your field
