We are Taplokaal Gist, a specialty beer restaurant. Our open kitchen prepares matching dishes alongside the 30 beers we serve. Our menu changes every two months and we try to make our dishes surprising each time. What do you think of watermelon sashimi or calf picanha? We make everything as much as possible ourselves and use beer regularly as an ingredient. We also work with sustainable and local products whenever possible. Our team is small but tight, relatively young and works well together...
