Under the leadership of the Chef and Sous chef, you work together with other kitchen staff to run the kitchen. Cooking is your passion and your life. You also inspire others/colleagues in this area. In this role, you contribute to the development of new colleagues and students. You have already gained experience in the hospitality industry, but would like to learn even more.
