Independent Project Salesperson

Zabra is a dynamic and family-owned real estate developer in full expansion, specialized in developing: Residential projects (inner-city residential projects, subdivisions and student real estate) Retail- and Kmo-parks (clustered Kmo-units, built-to-suit projects and office buildings) Zabra is a team of 45 real estate professionals with headquarters in Ghent (Drongen) and a branch in Liège. We are looking for an independent project salesperson who can contribute to the growth and success of our company. As a project salesperson, you will be responsible for: • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, • Conducting market research and analyzing market trends, • Developing and implementing sales strategies, • Maintaining accurate records and reports, • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets, • Providing excellent customer service, • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or a related field, • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Proficiency in MS Office, • Fluency in Dutch and English.
