What will you do?
CROP accountants & advisors is a modern organization with over 300 professionals, spread across our offices in Amersfoort, Arnhem, Ede, Hoofddorp, and Utrecht. We are active in many market segments within the SME. This means you will have many different types of clients under your care. For them, you will review processed administrations, compile annual accounts, and file VAT returns. In doing so, you will form an important link between execution and reporting to our clients. You will have regular client contact and offer support with various questions from entrepreneurs. At CROP, we pay attention to the entrepreneur, and you will have the opportunity to visit clients. This way, you can move forward together and draw inspiration from the entrepreneur's story. In shared first place, together with the client, are your colleagues. We value our people and providing guidance. Coaching, sparring, and making time for it are therefore certainly part of the job.

If you want to develop further, for example, in gaining experience in client relationship management, we are happy to give you that opportunity, and your manager will guide you in this.
