Tasks: - Creation of planning documents in CAD (concept, project, work, and detail plans) - Participation in the development of tender documents - Production of models - Support for construction management - Design and preparation of presentation materials - Preparation of building applications and documentation for sales - Ensuring a comprehensive documentation and filing of drawings Profile: - Completed vocational training as a high-rise draftsman/draftswoman or comparable - Several years of experience as a high-rise draftsman/draftswoman - Good CAD skills - Good knowledge of relevant IT applications and reporting tools (MS Office, ArchiCAD) - You are communicative and team-oriented - You have organizational talent and an exact working method - You have very good spoken and written German language skills and good English and/or French language skills.
