Tasks: - They are involved in the execution planning of projects in the areas of renovations, conversions, and replacement constructions. - They create building plans for residential buildings in the eastern Switzerland region, from the design to the realization. - They also handle official procedures during the approval phase of the project and have contact with the clients. - The workload can, depending on the wish, range from 80 to 100%. Requirements: - They possess a degree as an architectural designer / high-rise designer and/or solid practice in the above tasks (w/m/d). - Important is the interest in project leadership functions. - A skilled handling of ArchiCAD is of advantage, but not a condition. - They describe themselves as conscientious, well-organized, and self-reliant?
