In this important role, you are responsible for creating and implementing building drawings and thereby actively contribute to the success of ambitious tasks. Creation of Technical Drawings: You create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for construction projects, from the design phase to the execution planning. Visualization of Construction Concepts: You set the concepts of architects and engineers into precise technical drawings and ensure that all requirements for structure, functionality, and safety are met. Collaboration with Project Teams: You work closely with architects, civil engineers, and other departments to ensure that your drawings meet current technical and construction standards. Optimization and Adaptation of Drawings: You review and update existing drawings to ensure that changes or adaptations are implemented correctly and efficiently. Documentation and Administration: You are responsible for the proper archiving and documentation of your drawings and thereby contribute to a smooth project flow. Profile Education and Experience: You have completed a degree in technical drawing, building design, or a comparable qualification and bring fundamental experience in drafting construction projects. Knowledge of CAD Software: You are familiar with CAD programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software tools, allowing you to create precise and functional drawings. Technical Understanding: You have a good understanding of construction processes and can translate technical requirements into clear and detailed drawings. Attention to Detail: You always work precisely and pay attention to every detail to ensure high quality and error-free results. Team Orientation: You are a good communicator and enjoy working in a team to ensure that your drawings are perfectly integrated into the overall process.
