Due to the development of our company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of: Deputy Store Manager.

Location: Sienkiewicza 5 b, 65-443 Zielona Góra

• Managing the sales team
• Delegating tasks and motivating Employees
• Managing inventory
• Supporting the store manager and deputies in their daily duties
• Ensuring the facility operates in accordance with internal standards
• Working on the sales floor and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Willingness to continuously improve qualifications
• Good work organization
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Accuracy, responsibility, and commitment
• Willingness to undergo training outside of your place of residence and to work in shifts
• Secondary education is welcome
• Experience in team management is welcome
• Valid sanitary and epidemiological examinations are welcome
