Due to the development of our company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of: Store Manager Deputy.

Location: Warszawska 66, 05-140 Serock

• Sales team management
• Delegating tasks and motivating Employees
• Inventory management
• Supporting the store manager and deputies in their daily duties
• Ensuring the facility operates according to internal standards
• Working on the sales floor and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Readiness for continuous professional development
• Good work organization
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Thoroughness, responsibility, and commitment
• Readiness to undergo training outside your place of residence and to work in a shift system
• Secondary education is welcome
• Experience in team management is welcome
• Valid sanitary and epidemiological examination is welcome
