Deputy / Assistant Head of Housekeeping Manager

Place of work: Arłamów (Bieszczady district; Ustrzyki Dolne commune)

Your responsibilities

• supporting the Head of Housekeeping Manager in the daily management of the department
• organizing and coordinating the work of the housekeeping team
• supervising the execution of tasks in accordance with the standards of Hotel Arłamów
• quality control of rooms, common areas, and hotel back-of-house
• promptly responding to guest needs and requests
• cooperation with Reception, Gastronomy, Technical Department, and other hotel departments
• supporting the team in situations requiring quick decision-making
• monitoring room availability and efficient execution of tasks related to preparing accommodation units
• ensuring proper use of resources, materials, and equipment
• controlling compliance with procedures, safety standards, and occupational health and safety
• acting as a substitute for the Head of Housekeeping Manager during their absence
• participation in training, development activities, and improvement of departmental work standards

Our requirements

• experience in a similar position, experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• experience in coordinating a team
• good work organization and ability to set priorities
• knowledge of Housekeeping department work standards
• responsibility, independence, and thoroughness
• ability to work in a dynamic environment
• communication skills and ability to build good teamwork
• ability to respond to situations requiring quick action
• willingness to work in shifts
