Warehouse Team Leader Deputy

Location: Konin Żagański (Żagań county)

Your responsibilities

• Monitoring department performance and striving to achieve the best operational results
• Working with WMS system and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Conducting training for employees (internal trainer role)
• Supervising warehouse processes and continuously improving them
• Working under time pressure in a dynamic environment
• Preparing KPI reports and team performance analysis for supervisors
• Supporting HR-related tasks and employee administration
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Cooperation with temporary employment agencies
• Warehouse operations:
• Execution of warehouse processes: receiving goods, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensuring timely and smooth warehouse operations
• Maintaining operational standards, high efficiency, and low error rate
• Analyzing and solving operational issues
• Working with team members to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

Our requirements

• Responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
• Possession of a work permit and eligibility to work legally in Poland
• Relevant experience in logistics and warehouse work is preferred
• Proficiency in English at B1 level
• Chinese language skills are a plus

• 有物流及仓储相关工作经验者优先
• 能使用波兰语/英语/中文作为工作语言者优先
