Your responsibilities

• You lead the team and manage the shift so that work proceeds smoothly and in a good atmosphere
• You are present on the sales floor and at the checkout - you will have direct contact with customers
• You are responsible for ensuring the store always looks great and is properly stocked, with prices that are current and clear for customers
• Together with the team, you take care of product freshness - this is an important element of the quality for which we are known

Our requirements

• Do you have experience in retail, gastronomy, or FMCG? Great - that's an additional advantage!
• You efficiently organize the team's work and can communicate effectively with people
• You can cooperate and achieve goals
• A current sanitary-epidemiological examination is welcome - if you don't have it, that's okay, we will take care of the formalities together
