WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Together with the store manager, you will be responsible for achieving daily tasks and excellent sales results. You will be responsible for implementing promotional campaigns in-store, building and strengthening a sales-oriented attitude within the team, including through customer service training. You will support the store manager in managing the team, training, and communication according to JYSK Leadership values. You will provide customers with excellent service according to our stores' standards and using product knowledge. With the team, you will ensure that the store is properly prepared for customers by receiving deliveries, building product displays, preparing price tags, and maintaining cleanliness. By showing engagement and a willingness to develop, you will gain the opportunity to take on increasingly greater responsibilities and potentially become a store manager in the future.
