Your responsibilities

• Building connections between our brand and customers in cooperation with the Store Manager and the Team
• Actively supporting the team in achieving sales goals based on the best service standards and sharing knowledge about products and the brand
• Building customer relationships and positive experiences by taking care of (together with the team) product display, store appearance, and atmosphere
• Customer service, cash register system, financial transactions, including returns and exchanges
• Participation in online training and continuous development of personal and team skills

Our requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar sales and/or customer service role (experience in retail or availability for work with this specificity - shift work, Saturdays included)
• You value teamwork, a positive work atmosphere (and can create it)
• You understand and are motivated by the responsibility associated with a team management position
• You know English at a fluently communicative level (minimum B1/B2 level)
• You are interested in jewelry or fashion
