We are looking for someone who will support the Store Manager in managing the team, results, and work standards. This role is for someone who can combine a sales, operational, and team perspective – and wants to develop their managerial competencies in a dynamic retail environment.

What you will be doing

• managing the daily functioning of the store and responsibility for its sales results,

• leading the sales team – supporting, motivating, and developing employees,

• planning sales activities and ensuring the achievement of set goals,

• ensuring a high standard of customer service and a positive shopping experience,

• managing inventory and ensuring product availability according to customer needs and company objectives,

• analyzing results, drawing conclusions, and implementing actions to improve store efficiency,

• maintaining the store's attractive appearance, product displays, and compliance with applicable standards,

• building a positive company image – both among customers and within the team.

We are looking for someone who

• has experience in retail and understands the specifics of working in retail,

• has managed a team and can engage people around common goals,

• is focused on achieving results, but at the same time cares about service quality and a good work atmosphere,

• can analyze sales data and translate it into concrete actions,

• effectively organizes their own work and the team's work,

• is independent, decisive, and responsible for the assigned area,

• has strong interpersonal skills and can build partnership relationships,

• is proficient in the MS Office suite,

• has at least a secondary education – a higher education will be an additional asset.
