Your responsibilities

Participation in the management of a team of customer advisors

•Ensuring adherence to professional customer service standards

•Mentoring for employees (regarding competency development, sales techniques, customer service standards, assortment)

•Monitoring compliance with applicable procedures and standards

Sales Management

•Active sales in accordance with Five o’clock sales techniques, based on available training materials

•Ensuring correct flow of information and documents between the sales floor and the office

•Supervision of sales plan execution

•Ensuring proper inventory management of the store, monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts

•Ensuring proper handling of complaints and returns

Maintaining the image of the Five o'clock brand

•Ensuring the aesthetics of the store and product displays

•Implementing promotional activities, loyalty programs

•Conducting tastings of new teas and coffees

•Cooperation with the Supervisor team, Regional Sales Coordinator, and Visual Merchandiser

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Minimum secondary education
• Knowledge of cash register operation, office equipment
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
• Knowledge of English enabling fluent communication
