Deputy Head of Cleaning Department

Workplace: Dulowa (Chrzanów County)

Your responsibilities

• On-the-job training of subordinate employees,
• Achieving set goals,
• Supervising the allocation of personal protective equipment,
• Submitting requisitions for cleaning agents and protective materials,
• Reporting any identified failures and defects during work to the DUR (Department of Utilities and Repairs),
• Organizing and supervising the work of the subordinate team in terms of washing and proper disinfection of halls, machines, and equipment, conveyor belts, trolleys, and water removal from floors,
• Washing and proper disinfection of halls and production machines and equipment,
• Preparing necessary reports and summaries for the company,
• Initiating actions aimed at optimizing work,
• Supporting the Head of Department, and taking over their competences during absence,
• Cooperation with other company departments.

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial position,
• Communication skills, diligence, efficiency,
• Availability, responsibility,
• Team management skills,
• Sanitary-epidemiological passport (Książeczka Sanepidowska).
