Job description

  • Higher technical education (computer science, electronics, automation, or related fields).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, experience in embedded software, industrial automation, or complex technical systems is welcome.
  • Practical experience in programming in C/C++ and knowledge of principles for developing software for embedded systems.
  • Experience in requirements analysis, selection of technical solutions, and participation in the design of software product architecture.
  • Experience in the technical coordination of a programming team: task allocation, work planning, and progress monitoring.
  • Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (electronics, algorithms, hardware, testing).
  • Knowledge of software product development processes: planning, design, implementation, testing, release of subsequent versions, and maintenance.
  • Ability for technical communication, problem analysis, and solution presentation.
  • Knowledge of English at B1/B2 level.
  • Knowledge of Polish at B2 level
An additional asset would be:
  • Experience in the role of Technical Lead, Team Lead, or programming team coordinator.
