Deputy Head of Cost Estimation

What is important to us

• higher education in civil engineering,

• minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimation,

• good knowledge of prices of construction materials and services,

• good knowledge of estimation software, as well as AutoCad and Ms Project or Power Project,

• good knowledge of English,

• ability to cooperate in a team.

Your role at STRABAG

• current estimation of construction contracts in the iTWO program (based on own calculations and price inquiries),

• involvement in the preparation and verification of measurements,

• preparation of estimates for general construction works and coordination of industrial estimates,

• current contact with material suppliers and subcontractors and their selection based on verified competencies and reliability,

• negotiating prices of materials and services,

• preparation and submission of possible technical and financial alternative solutions,

• support for the Head of Department in current tasks,

• current cooperation with the Project Manager in preparing the final offer.
