We are looking for you for our trainee program lead in fashion (m/w/d) in full-time (37.5 hours/week) for our Zara stores in Germany!

Tasks

DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY – Your new tasks

Our trainee program prepares you specifically for a leadership position in the store within six months. You start with a practical basic phase, where you intensively learn about working as a sales assistant, and then go through training phases in the commercial and operations departments, before taking on responsibility step by step in the manager phase. You will be accompanied by workshops on central leadership topics such as communication, feedback, conflict and stress management, as well as systematic coaching sessions and regular feedback conversations. So we'll find out together which manager position fits best to your strengths afterwards.

Qualification

• You already have first work experience in retail and ideally a completed degree or training in fashion or/and business administration
• You understand leadership as the foundation of your daily work and manage to motivate a team with your empathetic approach
• A high level of numerical affinity and knowledge about relevant key figures
• With your excellent organizational talent and communication skills, you master every new challenge – So you keep pace with our dynamic thinking!
• You're not afraid of trends and designs – You live for the fashion world!
• You're open to new things, flexible and find it exciting to experience different locations intensively.
• You can communicate well in both German and English – Our teams consist of international colleagues from all over the world!
