Packaged Tasks:
- Your main task is to take, serve, settle, and clean up the orders of the visitors.
- You handle drink orders entirely yourself, while you forward food orders timely and correctly to the kitchen.
- Furthermore, you are responsible for welcoming customers, where questions arise, you are their first point of contact and help them further in a friendly and customer-oriented manner.
- You will work proactively and be attentive to the needs of the visitor.
- If there are complaints, you will handle them in a respectful and effective manner.
- You are responsible for cleanliness in the bistro.
- You will learn the operation and maintenance products and (emergency) procedures.
- You follow all procedures regarding safety and hygiene strictly.
- Furthermore, you participate in team meetings and internal/external training sessions.
- You report to the restaurant manager. That person will also support you in all your tasks.
- Profile: You are enthusiastic and customer-friendly.
- You are stress-resistant and have a commercial side.
- You find it of great importance that there is good order and cleanliness.
- You are collegial. Colleagues can rely on you. When problems, big or small, arise, you will always be there for them and go together with them to look for creative solutions.
- You have a large sense of responsibility.
- Ideally, you already have some experience.
- Since the bistro is open 7 days a week, you are flexible regarding working hours.
