We are looking for a YouTube Expert (m/w/d), who will work long-term with us and our clients.

Aufgaben

As YouTube Copywriter, you are responsible for ensuring that our clients can produce maximal effective content with minimal time effort – because they receive thought-out, high-performance scripts from you.

Your tasks:

• You develop and write YouTube scripts (Longform), which capture attention, generate curiosity, and build trust
• You think deeply about target group, offer, and market of our clients
• You research topics, theses, and hooks that work in real markets
• You use KI-Tools as support, to research faster, structure better, and write better texts – your idea comes from you
• You revise and optimize scripts based on feedback, performance data, and learnings
• You work closely with Strategy and Editing to improve content holistically

You are not just a writer.
You are a co-thinker, sparring partner, and responsible for the impact of your content.

Qualifikation

Skills & Experience:

• A very good understanding of copywriting, ideally in the video or YouTube context
• A strong sense of attention, storytelling, and conversion
• Performance thinking: You want to know why something works – and why not
• Understanding of the agency, coaching, and B2B market
• You breathe YouTube and watch educational content in your free time

• You want your clients to be successful and go the extra mile for them
• You learn gladly, reflect on feedback, and develop yourself consciously further
