YouTube Content Producer (all genders)

We are building no further corporate channel. We are building a YouTube channel that makes the stories, personalities, and developments behind Miss Germany visible – for hundreds of thousands of people.

To do this, we are looking for people who understand YouTube. People who ask themselves why a video gets 10 million views. Why some stories captivate people until the end. And how to develop formats that inspire, entertain, and stay in people's minds.

Tasks

As a YouTube Content Producer at Miss Germany Studios, you will develop new content together with us, focusing on female empowerment. You will work on formats that are approachable, entertaining, and relevant – and accompany the entire production process from the first idea to the final upload.

Qualification

We have a match if the following applies:

• You love YouTube. Really. You probably spend more time on YouTube than Netflix, and you analyze videos automatically, wondering why they work.
• You think in stories. Whether it's during filming, editing, or planning – you're always looking for the strongest narrative arc.
• You have creator energy. You don't wait for briefings; instead, you come up with ideas.
• You recognize good stories. You see potential in people, developments, and moments that others overlook.
• You take ownership. If something is important for the video, you actively pursue it. You don't wait for answers; instead, you ensure they come. You think ahead, take a step further, and don't let important topics fall through the cracks.
• You think in universes rather than individual videos. Together with our series production, you will develop stories that continue to unfold across channels and create connections between the series, YouTube, and the people behind Miss Germany.
