MISSION We are partnering with our client in search of a Youth Worker (Evening/Overnight) to join our dynamic team. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Provide support and guidance to homeless youth in a shelter setting, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. ● Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and understanding. ● Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement individualized plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved. ● Participate in outreach activities, connecting with youth in the community and providing support and resources. ● Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies. REQUIREMENTS ● Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Education, etc.) or equivalent experience. ● 2+ years of experience working with youth, preferably in a shelter or outreach setting. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect. ● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. ● Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies.
