What does your journey look like?

Step 1: Welcome to the team! You begin the onboarding period with your mentor!

Step 2: You train for the Crew member position (for 11 weeks) - you learn the job basics and get acquainted.

Step 3: You transition to passing on what you have learned - the Crew Trainer position (duration: 8 weeks).

Step 4: Congratulations! You transition to management (duration: 1 day).

Step 5: You participate in courses and discussions about the concept of Hospitality within McDonald's - you gain a better understanding of the Guest Experience Leader - Hospitality Manager position (duration: 11 days).

Step 6: You prepare to lead areas within a restaurant - theoretical and practical training (for 5-6 weeks)

Step 7: You move on to leading shifts in a restaurant - theoretical and practical training (duration: 4 weeks)

Congratulations! You have completed the YoungLead program and are now a certified Floor Manager at the highest standards.
