YoungLead is a super program that prepares you for a top career in management! In just 9 months filled with challenges, intense learning and hands-on experiences, you develop leadership skills and learn to lead a team in a restaurant like a pro. At the end? You become a certified Floor Manager and ready to conquer the world!

Pasul 1: Welcome to the team! You start the onboarding period alongside your mentor!

Pasul 2: Prepare yourself for the Crew member position (duration: 11 weeks) - learn the basics of the job and settle in.

Pasul 3: Make the transition to give back what you've learned - the Crew Trainer position (duration: 8 weeks).

Pasul 4: Congratulations! You make the transition to management (duration: 1 day).

Pasul 5: Participate in courses and discussions about the concept of Hospitality within McDonald's - understand better the role of Guest Experience Leader - Responsabil Ospitalitate (duration: 11 days).

Pasul 6: Prepare yourself for leading zones in a restaurant - theoretical and practical preparation (duration: 5-6 weeks)

Pasul 7: Move forward to leading shifts in a restaurant - theoretical and practical preparation (duration: 4 weeks)

Felicitări! You've completed the YoungLead program and now you're a certified Floor Manager at the highest standards.
