Job description The Young Talent Program Store Manager is not a nine-to-five job behind a desk. On the contrary, you take off like a flying start as store employee, grow through to Assistant Store Manager role, and eventually become Store Manager. You will be responsible for managing your own store, including inventory management, cash handling, and team leadership.
