You are freshly graduated or have less than two years of professional experience? You've always dreamed of managing a store, leading teams, and making important decisions? We have excellent news for you: Carrefour is looking for a motivated Young Graduate residing in the Brussels region.

What's it about?

This is a 2-year program allowing young graduates to embark on a discovery journey through different functions within Carrefour stores. The goal is to quickly access key positions in-store (Store Manager).

• You will perform most of your tasks in-store and at the headquarters. During your missions, you will familiarize yourself with Carrefour's values, culture, and policy.

• You will learn the tasks and responsibilities of colleagues and managers, while deepening all aspects of store management functions.

• You will be accompanied throughout your journey. You will develop your personal skills by participating in training sessions, seminars, and events with other Young Graduates.

• At the end of the program, you can access a store management position (Store Manager).

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• You have less than two years of professional experience.

• You speak and write fluently in French and Dutch (bilingual).

• Your qualities: an entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, assertiveness, with a focus on the ground, customers, and results. You are adaptable, open to change, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• You want to take on new challenges and launch your career in the retail sector.

• A full-time contract with an indefinite duration (CDI).
