Mission:

Are you newly graduated or have less than two years of work experience? Do you always want to have a store under your care, lead teams, and make important decisions? Then we have good news for you: Carrefour is looking for a motivated Young Graduate who resides in the regio Oost- & West-Vlaanderen

What's it about?

This is a 2-year program that allows young graduates to embark on a discovery journey through various roles in Carrefour stores. The goal is to gain quick access to key positions in the store (Store Director).

Responsibility areas:

• You will perform most of your tasks in the stores and at headquarters. During your assignments, you will get acquainted with Carrefour's values, culture, and policy.
• You will learn about the tasks and responsibilities of colleagues and managers while further developing your knowledge of all aspects of management functions in the store.
• Throughout your trajectory, you will be guided. You will develop your personal skills by participating in training sessions, seminars, and events with other Young Graduates.

After completing the program, you may gain access to a position in store management (Store Director).

Profile:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree.
• You have less than two years of work experience.
• You speak and write both French and Dutch.
• Your qualities: entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, assertiveness, focused on territory, customers, and results. You are adaptable, open to change, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• You want to take on new challenges and start your career in the retail industry.
