Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Your responsibility is to perform your tasks punctually and within the company's quality standards.

Updating spreadsheets and forms in the area;

Organizing documents, files, and materials, both physical and electronic;

Performing document checks;

Supporting other activities related to the area.

Requirements

• Possess a complete High School diploma;
• Knowledge of the Office Package (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Dynamic and communicative profile;
• Sense of organization and proactivity;
• Able to work in a team.
• Ease of learning.
