Job description
- Assist the operational planning team in designing activities to be developed by the team, contributing to the setup of the operations calendar and definition of logistics programming for the field team to act on clients;
Help with planning and controlling maintenance scheduling;
Making point-of-sale purchases when necessary along with the procurement department;
Assist in developing and applying preventive maintenance plans for equipment;
Filling out maintenance and planning systems of the company
Serving suppliers and clients (internal and external), providing and receiving information about products and services
Assist in searching for suppliers and acquisition conditions for equipment and structures according to company guidelines
Assist in executing actions relevant to the company's asset management processes
