Description of the vacancy

• Acting in the inventory sector, performing activities related to storage, distribution, registration, and inventory of materials, evaluating the need for replacement of materials and assets;

• Attending suppliers and colleagues, giving and receiving information about products and services;

• Aiding in the entries of movement of entry and exit and control of stock;

• Aiding in the organization of merchandise in reallocations of items for better storage;

• Aiding in the registration, control, and generation of reports in a inventory management system;

• Aiding in the packaging of products for future exports;

• Aiding in the inspection of receipt in accordance with the NFe entry and exit;

• Aiding in the execution of actions relevant to material and asset management processes of the company;

• Classifying, organizing, and labeling equipment and materials according to company control standards;

• Aiding in the organization of the inventory sector;

• Aiding in the separation of materials for return, repair, rental, and sale;

• Aiding in audits of operational kits for oceanographers and field assistants;
