JOB SUMMARY The Youth Worker will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs and services to youth in a variety of settings. This includes developing and implementing program plans, providing individualized support to youth, and building relationships with community partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement program plans that meet the needs of our clients; • Provide individualized support to youth, including case management, counseling and advocacy; • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including schools, community centers and other organizations; • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program strategies; • Maintain accurate records and reports on program activities and outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., social work, education, youth services); • 2-3 years of experience working with youth in a variety of settings; • Strong understanding of youth development principles and practices; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong organizational and time management skills.
