Role Responsibilities of Year 3 Teacher:

• Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons for Year 3 pupils.
• Encourage curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Support a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

What You’ll Bring as Year 3 Teacher:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stages.
• Strong classroom management, planning, and organisational skills.
• A supportive, nurturing, and engaging teaching style.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
