Yardi Technical Consultant - Remote Work

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Technical Consultant with hands-on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in SQL, experience with Yardi and system integrations, and a proven track record of delivering custom technical solutions within the UAE real estate and property management sector. Key Responsibilities: Development & Reporting Develop custom reports using Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR) Create and maintain stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers for Yardi applications Ensure data integrity and accuracy by developing and implementing data validation rules and error handling mechanisms Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients Develop and maintain documentation of technical solutions and processes. Key Requirements: Strong programming skills in SQL Experience with Yardi and system integrations Proven track record of delivering custom technical solutions within the UAE real estate and property management sector Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 3+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
