In order to meet the high demands, we are looking for a committed and qualified Wundmanagerin / Wundmanager (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time, who takes over the responsibility for the professional and efficient wound care of our customers in our institution. AREA OF USE Mobile Care and Support AREA LOCATION Social Center Graz WORKING HOURS 20–36 You will raise the patient's awareness about their own health and well-being by providing them with information and support. This includes, but is not limited to: • Providing patients with information on wound care and treatment options; • Supporting patients in developing a self-care plan for their wounds; • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for the patient; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care; • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in nursing or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience in wound care; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs); • Certification in wound care (e.g. WOCN, CWOCN) is an asset.
