WPF Developer (Frontend Engineer)

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with strong WPF expertise to design and build rich, high-performance desktop applications. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with WPF development and will collaborate closely with backend, QA, and UX teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Design and develop WPF-based desktop applications with clean, intuitive UI and responsive performance.

• Implement MVVM architecture, including data binding, styles, and reusable UI components.

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and business logic.

• Ensure high standards of usability, performance, and maintainability.

• Guide and mentor junior developers on WPF best practices and UI standards.

• Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in WPF development.

• Strong expertise in WPF, XAML, MVVM, data binding, and UI performance optimization.

• Experience integrating WPF applications with backend services/APIs.

• Solid understanding of desktop application architecture and design patterns.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, onsite team environment.

• Experience working on large-scale or enterprise desktop applications.

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles for desktop applications.

• Prior experience mentoring or leading junior developers.
