We're not looking for someone who can just copy code or run tutorials. You'll be working with young people who want to develop their own ideas, implement digital projects, and work creatively with technology.

This means:

• You'll teach programming in a practical and understandable way
• You'll help young people solve technical problems independently
• You'll motivate them when bugs frustrate or projects get stuck
• You'll create an environment where creativity and technology come together

Tasks

This is your role

• You'll plan and lead practical workshops in the field of programming
• You'll teach fundamental and advanced programming concepts and techniques
• You'll accompany young people as they develop their own coding projects
• You'll foster creativity, teamwork, and initiative
• You'll develop learning content and workshop formats actively with others
• You'll work closely with other departments and the team

Qualification

This is what you really need

• A completed or ongoing degree or training in programming or a related field – or first relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of VS Code, Node.js, JavaScript, and Git
• First experiences working with young people or adult education are desirable
• You can convey knowledge clearly, patiently, and enthusiastically
• You're confident and can lead groups
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• You speak fluent German and good English
