About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated individuals to support our repair team. This role is hands-on and technical, helping prepare and test devices for repair and ensuring quality standards are met..
Responsibilities:
• Testing devices to support quality control
• Preparing phones for repair (removing back covers, charging, prepping)
• Assisting technicians during repairs
• Supporting other technical tasks in the warehouse as needed
