Workshop Supervisor (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you will initially take on the operational and administrative management of our location at Düsseldorf Airport. You will be the central point of contact for our customers and, together with the operational staff, ensure smooth workshop and service operations.

Your responsibilities in detail

• Responsibility for local customer support and building trusting relationships
• Leadership and deployment planning of the workshop and service team
• Ensuring high quality standards and continuous optimization of work processes
• Control and monitoring of relevant KPIs
• Checking and approving invoices, as well as supporting day-to-day commercial business
• Budget control and economic management of the location
• Preparation and co-design of the future organizational structure in North Rhine-Westphalia
• Close collaboration with internal specialist departments and the regional managing director
• Active support of operational staff in day-to-day operations as needed

Your profile

• Successfully completed master craftsman examination in the automotive or commercial vehicle trade or a comparable qualification is desirable
• Several years of professional experience in a workshop or service environment, ideally with initial leadership experience
• Organizational skills as well as a structured and self-reliant way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Good business administration knowledge as well as experience in handling key figures and budgets
• Hands-on mentality – you are willing to pitch in yourself when needed
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP or workshop management systems
• Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
• Driving license class B
