About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Supervise and support a team
• Carry out and co-ordinate scheduled maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
• Oversee procurement and inventory, raise purchase orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and operations teams to ensure timely and effective repairs.
• Ensure workshop compliance, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Complete computer-based tasks using MS Office and online maintenance systems.

Training and support are available for candidates with limited supervisory experience.

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

• A trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic (essential)
• A current HR driver's licence (essential)
• Experience working on diesel heavy vehicles (essential)
• A Forklift licence (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• A calm, adaptable, and safety-focused approach
• Computer literacy (basic MS Office skills and ability to learn maintenance software)
