Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join a leading company specialising in road construction and maintenance. This is a Monday-Friday role working alongside a small, skilled team to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop.

The Role

• Lead and manage a small team of technicians, ensuring all workshop activities run efficiently

• Oversee maintenance and repair of heavy machinery while complying with safety standards

• Manage workshop scheduling, resources, stock control, and liaise with contractors/clients

About You

• Proven experience supervising heavy machinery workshops (excavators, loaders, skid steers, profiling machines)

• Hands-on with repairs and maintenance; Cert 3 as a fitter or similar trade qualification highly desirable

• Strong leadership and organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and support your team
