As a key member of our workshop operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our workshop facilities. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of workshop activities, including equipment maintenance, repair, and calibration. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and control all aspects of workshop activities, including equipment maintenance, repair, and calibration. • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity. • Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as required. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering). • At least 3 years of experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment. • Strong understanding of workshop operations and maintenance procedures. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
